Shalom Everyone!  I am so happy to write to you from Israel. I left San Francisco airport on March 15th and landed in Tel Aviv via London on March 17th very early in the morning. My son lives in a city named Hertzliya which is about 10 miles north of Tel Aviv. I was at his apartment by 7am and caught up on sleep for a couple hours. By the afternoon the two of us were on a bus traveling to Jerusalem. What a joy it was for me to see my favorite city on earth. If you have ever been there, you will remember seeing King David's enormous harp towering our the skyline.
We stayed in Nachlaot, a very special area of Jerusalem which in in the center of everything. Our thoughts were on my son, Johnn. He had an important football game to be played the next day. God knows us, each one, and the desires in our hearts... Johnny's desire is to play well at the championship "superbowl" of Israel. God truly has answered Johnny's prayers because he has been very active playing American style football here in Israel for the last 3 years. The outcome of the Israel Football League super bowl???   YES!  His team won by 2 points and I was there to see it all happen.   Purim started the next day...
the story of Esther is the heart of Purim and the Megillah is read while the listeners BOO at the name Haman. There were many celebrations and I was at three so Iheard the Megillah read three times. It is a family celebration was lots of food, costumes and children. I thank the Lord for His promises. At Purim, we were saved from extinction. When God is for you, who can be against you? We are on the winning side!   More later.

       SHALOM
I am Chedva. I cohost the My Messiah Radio Program with my friend and  fella Believer, Bella. She comes to you each program from Israel. We are 2 Jewish women who encountered Messiah Yeshua years ago and have never doubted that Yeshua is the One. It is plainly written in our Bible that the  Messiah is prophesied  by Isaiah and that He would be given to us as an atonement for sin.
I was raised in a reformed Jewish home where we believed in God and embraced our heritage. As I took to heart the very real existence of God, I experienced a supernatural and personal relationship with Him. Listen to my story and Bella's on this site. Contact us. We want to hear from you.
